Yield: 18 to 20 servings.
These grown up ice pops are a fun dessert & cocktail all in one!
- 3 cups Prosecco or sparkling wine
- 3 cups white cranberry juice
- ¼ cup chopped frozen cranberries
- Add Prosecco and white cranberry juice to large measuring cup. Stir to combine.
- Pour into ice pop moulds. Add cranberries to each mould.
- Freeze until firm, about 6 hours. Makes 18 to 20 ice pops, about ⅓ of cup per ice pop.
