Ham and Egg English Muffin
• 4 whole-wheat English muffins, toasted
• 4 eggs
• 4 slices Piller’s Simply Free Maple Sugar Smoked Ham
• 4 – 2 oz cheddar cheese slices
• 4 thin tomato slices
1. Toast English muffins. Heat large skillet sprayed with vegetable oil. Add egg to skillet. Cover and on a medium low heat cook egg for 5 minutes or just until set.
2. Place egg on one side of English muffin. Top with ham, sliced cheese, tomato slice and other English muffin half.
