Adi Development Group designs masterplanned community with room to live
With spacious townhomes lining the block and green parks and quaint cafés a stone’s throw away, Adi Development Group designed Stationwest to be a home refuge from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
“With Stationwest, we’re growing into an established neighbourhood that already has so much to offer its residents,” says Tariq Adi, CEO of Adi Development Group. “The community that we envision living here wants to take full advantage of the area’s amenities and space; whether that’s taking up gardening on their rooftop terrace or biking with their family along
The famous Royal Botanical Gardens and the waterfront trails at LaSalle Park are just two of the numerous surrounding natural sites that can be enjoyed year-round. When not being immersed in the parklands, the Village of Waterdown’s quaint downtown and the shopping districts of Aldershot’s Plains Road make a quick shopping trip with family or a coffee with a friend easy to arrange. The Aldershot GO station is located next to Stationwest; connecting residents to Union Station in less than an hour.
Arriving in 2016, the project’s first phase consists of a collection of spacious conventional and back-to-back townhomes ranging from about 1,200–2,200 s.f. with backyards and rooftop terraces. Two- and three-bedroom layouts start from the high $300,000s. The layouts optimize space, giving residents plenty of room to live, work and play.
“After a hard day at work, there’s nothing like coming home to a quiet, green neighbourhood — and that’s what you’ll find at Stationwest,” says Saud Adi, COO of Adi Development Group. “The community offers the convenience of a city, while surrounded in gorgeous parkland that you won’t find anywhere else. Stationwest will be one of the last new low-rise communities of this scale in Burlington West.”
