Festivals and Fairs Aplenty
Fall in love with Lambton County this September. Summer may be coming to an end but the fun doesn’t stop there. We have festivals and fall fairs aplenty this month.
Experience all that Greek culture has to offer at Sarnia’s 8th Annual Greekfest on September 13th and 14th. Everyone is welcome to enjoy Greek culture through food, drink, dancing and more. Gather your friends and family and see what it means to “Get Your Greek On!”
Jazz-lovers unite! Spend a weekend at McGibbon Park for Jazz and Blues in the Village September 19th and 20th. This charity fundraiser for the Sarnia Organ Donation Association promises something for everyone — great music, wonderful green atmosphere, and plenty to eat and drink.
Attendees are encouraged to visit the food vendors and wine bar as they wander through the park.
Lambton County is lucky to host three Fall Fairs this month. Residents and visitors alike can take part in the fun of midway rides, fair foods and all things agricultural.
Petrolia and Enniskillen host their fair at the Petrolia Fairgrounds September 5th to 7th.
Plympton-Wyoming hosts their fair the following weekend from the 12th to 14th and the Brooke-Alvinston Watford Fall Fair closes out the month on the 26th to 28th.
So, mark the calendar with a reminder: “Let’s visit Sarnia-Lambton” on the dates you’ve booked your weekend getaway.
