MUSHROOM, SWISS AND AVOCADO BUBBA BURGER®

- • 1 box (6 burgers) of original BUBBA burgers
- • 1 package of sliced mushrooms
- • 1 ripe avocado, sliced
- • Swiss cheese
- • 1 package of baker’s buns
- • Olive oil
- • Salt and Pepper
- Heat the mushrooms and olive oil in a medium skillet over medium heat until soft. Add salt and pepper and move to the side. Either grill your BUBBA burgers or sauté in the same pan used for the mushrooms. Season to taste. While waiting for the burgers to cook, slice the avocado and warm the buns.
- Pile the burger on the bun, top with Swiss cheese, avocado and the sautéed mushrooms. Enjoy!
