Gingerbread Overnight Oats
Merry Christmas! Overnight oats area popular way to getthe goodness of oats for breakfast without much hassle.It’s as simple as combining raw rolled oats with milk (andusually something sweet) the night before.

- • 1 cup raw rolled oats
- • 1 cup milk
- • 2 tbsp molasses
- • 1 tbsp brown sugar
- • 1 tsp gingerbread spice
- • Pinch of salt
- 1.Combine all of the ingredients in a container with a tight fitting lid (a large mason jar works great) and shake thoroughly. Place it in the fridge overnight.
- 2.In the morning, heat the mixture in the microwave. Add more milk, sweetener, or spice if you like. You can also sprinkle toppings like sliced almonds or raisins.
