Berry Fresh Tofu Smoothie
Using tofu, which is made from soybeans, is a great wayto add a lot of protein and iron to your smoothie withouta lot of extra calories

- •2 cups frozen berries
- •1/2 package silken tofu
- •1 banana
- •1 cup water
- •1/2 cup fruit juice
- •Optional: maple syrup or another sweetener, to taste
- 1.Combine all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
- 2.Serve and enjoy immediately! You can try a variety of different frozen fruits and fruit juices, and with or without a sweetener.
