Feel Your Best This December

December is all-too-often a month filled with holiday parties, entertaining, shopping, and running around that equates to a lot of overindulgences and high-stress. Wouldn’t it be nice if you could actually enjoy the holidays instead of ‘getting through’ them? Without having to worry if your New Year’s party dress will still fit after your party-filled December? With a little extra help, it is possible.
Most people think of January as the month to cleanse and detox because December is such an indulgent month, but with the help of a gentle, daily cleansing tea, you can make this December a joyous month as well. Instead of thinking of cleansing as a difficult and challenging time, think of it more like a daily helper to combat all of the canapés and mulled wine. Don’t wait for January to help your body cleanse the holiday treats; gently cleanse all month long to avoid that dreaded post-holiday feeling before it starts.
A cleanse doesn’t need to be a challenging, food-and-alcohol restricted time. Your body is constantly cleansing and trying to rid itself of toxins.
